Bye Bye, Oh Influential One
Since Oprah’s pulled the shutters down on her influential book club, someone has to pick up the slack.
Now, I can’t command a legion of middle-aged women (not to read, anyway), but I know everyone hasn’t given up on the whole, left to right, words form sentences, sentences come together to form ideas, thing. Right?
My book club will be a conglomeration of the masses. Fans pick the books, fans review them. I’m putting together a book club and each month we’re going to read a book, whether a newbie or oldbie, and then we’ll lay it out for you here.
